What your visitors see

Same page. Different visitor.

On your own website, when Finalytics can tell what a visitor needs, they see content that fits, on the page they are already on, and you see whether it works.

Where it shows, and how it is counted

On the page the visitor is already on, in your site’s own design, in a fraction of a second. Views, clicks, and applications started and completed are counted for each piece of content. The same page is compared side by side: personalized against your default.

What each visitor needs

“Looked at a product” and “One of your markets” need a few lines of JavaScript in the header and tags in your tag manager container. “Left an application” needs your application integrated.

What is read

What is read
The demonstration reads where the visitor is: a region set around a branch.
What is picked
The demonstration picks the loan officer who serves that region, from the credit union’s own team list.
Where it shows
The demonstration shows that person in the card on the mortgage page, in place of the generic card. The person in the picture is a placeholder.

One mortgage team. The right person for every visitor.

Where it is going

Two more visitors, at both ends of the loop

What is read
This would read that the visit came from an AI assistant, and the page it opened. From the two it would infer the question. A visitor who arrives this way has already asked their question in full.
What is picked
It would pick the content for that question: your public rate, the branch of the visitor’s region and a way straight to the application, from content you approve.
Where it shows
It would show them in the main banner of the page the visitor opened. The rate is the one you entered: Finalytics does not set it.

The assistant brings the visitor. The page would already know the question.

What is read
This would read what the person did on your site, here an estimate saved in the loan calculator, and that they agreed to hear from you.
What is picked
It would pick one message for one product, written by our team and approved by you. The same estimate would set what the page and the application open on.
Where it shows
It would show in three places: the message, the page its link opens and the application. One conversation, not three.

One message. The page and the application would already know the numbers.

One decision

One decision, slowed down

Finalytics reads the visitor as they browse, picks the strongest match, weighed against your priorities, shows it in place and measures whether it works.

Read is how Finalytics recognizes. Pick and show are how it decides. Measure is how it proves. Recovers is the same loop on a later visit.

Illustrative The visitor, signals and scores in this figure are illustrative.

    How it is measured

What is never known, before sign-in

Never:

  • A name
  • An account number

From behavior on the site. Never a name or an account number.

After sign-in, your institution decides what member context to share, such as the products a member holds.

Follow-up by email and text, which is next, will hold the name and contact details a person gives, with their consent.

For your security and vendor review, Finalytics sends the SOC 2 Type 1 report, the security questionnaire, the data flow and the model summary before week 1. Security and governance

Who does what

You decide what can be shown. Finalytics runs it.

  • You set

You set the audiences and the rules. Your product priorities decide what can be shown, and where.

  • You approve

Every piece is content you approve. Nothing ships without your sign-off.

  • Finalytics prepares it

Finalytics writes content for your approval, and can draft it with generative AI. Content is previewed on staging and published after your sign-off.

  • Finalytics runs it

It is delivered as a service. Finalytics builds the experiences, runs the program and reports on it.

Audiences and paths first. The priority audiences and the conversion paths that matter most, defined with your team from the behavior the platform captures on your site and from your analytics. No personas.

What it never does

Some client teams also work in the Finalytics admin themselves, for reporting, projections and analysis.

How it is measured

Three comparisons, kept apart

Every view, click and application is tied to the content that was shown. Finalytics keeps three comparisons apart, and each number comes with the name of its comparison.

  1. Personalized sessions against non-personalized sessions

    Who is compared

All sessions on your site, in two groups.

The two groups are different visitors.

  2. Personalized against default, on the same page

    Who is compared

Visitors who saw personalized content, against those who saw your default on that page.

The same page, but visitors are not split at random. It is a directional read.

  3. Personalized against a control group

    Who is compared

A random share of visitors sees your regular site. Every program has such a group, and its share changes with the stage of the program.

Visitors are split at random, so this comparison shows what personalization adds.

Sessions and applications are also counted by source, with AI assistants as a source of their own.

One event model.

Tags, experiences, forms and the application funnel share the same events, so results read by audience, market and channel.

Funded results come from your daily feed of funded accounts. How results are reported
